The context

Project overview

RDK operates across real estate and hospitality in the UAE. Its website needs to introduce the group while allowing visitors to explore distinct kinds of assets, from residential and commercial properties to hotels. We designed and developed an experience that connects those interests under a shared visual identity.

Project purpose

Make the breadth of the RDK portfolio understandable and help visitors reach the property, hospitality or business contact information relevant to them.

Business needs addressed

  • Establish a consistent group identity across different portfolio categories.
  • Present property and hospitality destinations with appropriate visual context.
  • Connect high-level portfolio browsing with location and enquiry information.

The design challenge

What the experience needed to solve.

A diversified property group cannot be represented by a single undifferentiated gallery. A visitor researching a residence needs a different kind of detail from someone exploring a hotel. The website needed to communicate breadth while keeping those pathways distinct and usable.

Our solution

Design and development, together.

We built the presentation around an immersive introduction and separate portfolio destinations. Architectural and interior imagery provides continuity, while category-specific pages carry more practical information. This structure lets the homepage express the group’s character without requiring it to contain every property detail.

Inside the website

Features with a purpose.

Hospitality portfolio

A dedicated hospitality area presents hotel destinations as part of the group’s wider property activity.

Property discovery

The property area provides a separate route into residential and commercial information, with location context for visitors exploring the portfolio.

Featured architecture

Large exterior and interior visuals communicate the character of the properties before visitors move into supporting details.

Business contact routes

Contact actions connect the visual presentation to a practical enquiry path, keeping the group accessible beyond portfolio browsing.

User experience

A journey built around the audience.

The experience moves from a broad impression to a specific area of interest. That progression is useful for a mixed portfolio: visitors can first understand the brand, then follow the category that matches their purpose instead of sorting through unrelated property types.

Across screen sizes

A considered mobile experience.

The mobile presentation retains the visual opening but uses the narrow viewport to focus on one image and message at a time. Compact navigation provides access to the wider site without overlaying a full desktop menu on the imagery.

The delivered result

Project outcome

RDK’s website gives its property and hospitality activity a shared digital presence, with separate paths for visitors who want to explore a particular part of the portfolio and continue to a business enquiry.

Explore the project

Project visuals show the client’s website and published imagery. Product claims and customer feedback on those websites belong to the respective businesses.
